At Canoe Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
